The Claudy Grandkids
I have to admit, when Gaye contacted us about photographing her 6 grandchildren...I was a bit nervous. Groups of children are very hard to photograph. Not because they are "bad kids", but because they are KIDS. They want to explore and have fun and not sit where you tell them to because they want to check out the space around them. They can't help that the world is so darn exciting. :o)
So, I was nervous about this session. 6 kids. An 8 year old, two 6 year olds, two 1 year olds, and a newborn baby.
We are very big on "natural" poses or unique and fun poses. I didn't want these shots to turn out cheesy or too perfect if that makes any sense? Luckily, the parents/grandparents of this session felt the same way and wanted very natural and REAL images.
And now I have to admit that this turned out to be one of our favorite sessions ever. 6 totally different personalities. 6 amazing little people. 6 wonderful connections...
:o) A
P.S. I am sure I will have a few more of these to share in the next couple days...too much cute-ness.
